This policy explains what personal data Vomini handles when you visit vomini.com or get in touch with us, what we use it for, who we share it with, how long we keep it and how you can exercise your rights.

It applies to the vomini.com website, including the product pages, and to the contact channels published on it: the form, e-mail, phone and SMS. The systems Vomini builds or operates for clients are governed by the contracts signed with each client, not by this document.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Vomini LTDA, a Brazilian company registered under CNPJ 60.583.661/0001-19, with its head office at Avenida Paulista, 1106, São Paulo, SP, Brazil.

For anything related to privacy and data protection, write to contact@vomini.com. This is our channel for data subjects and for Brazil's data protection authority, the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD). Vomini is a micro-enterprise and qualifies as a small processing agent under Resolution CD/ANPD No. 2/2022.

2. What data we handle and why

2.1 Contact form

When you send the form, we receive:

  • your first and last name;
  • your e-mail address;
  • your phone number, if you give it;
  • your company, if you give it;
  • the message you wrote;
  • the page of the site the form was sent from, the language the site was in and, when the form is sent from a product page, the name of that product;
  • the country the request came from, as a two-letter code that Cloudflare works out from the IP address. The IP address itself is not stored in our CRM;
  • when the address of the page carries campaign tags (for example utm_source, utm_campaign or a ref code), those tags and the site that linked you here. They are read when the form is sent and are not stored in your browser.

We use this data to reply to your message, understand what you need, prepare a proposal where that makes sense and keep a record of the business conversation. If you give a phone number, we may call that number to deal with your request. We send SMS only under the conditions in section 11.

The form has a hidden field that blocks automated submissions. People do not see it or fill it in.

2.2 E-mail, phone and SMS

When you write to us or call, we handle your e-mail address or phone number, the name shown on your profile or signature and the content of the conversation, including any files you send. We use this data to help you and follow up on the matter.

We do not record calls without telling you at the start of the call.

2.3 Booking a meeting

The booking button opens Vomini's page on Calendly in a new tab. The details you enter there (name, e-mail and anything else the booking form asks for) are handled by Calendly and reach Vomini so the meeting can take place.

2.4 Technical data from your visit

The site is served by Cloudflare. To deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare handles the IP address, browser and device type, the page requested and the date and time of each request. Cloudflare also identifies the country of the request, and the site uses that to preselect the country code in the form's phone field and to record the country with your message.

Vomini does not use audience analytics, advertising pixels or cross-site tracking on vomini.com, and does not build visitor profiles.

2.5 Business contacts from public sources

Vomini also looks for companies that may be interested in its services. For this it uses business contact details that the companies themselves publish, such as business phone numbers, e-mail addresses and addresses on websites and public business listings, along with the name and job title of the person shown as responsible. We use this data to introduce Vomini and its products. Anyone who does not want this kind of contact can say so in a reply or write to contact@vomini.com, and will not be contacted again.

2.6 What we do not collect

We do not ask for and do not want to receive sensitive data, such as health data, biometrics, religion, political opinions or sexual orientation, or identity documents. Please do not include them in your messages.

We do not make automated decisions that produce legal effects or otherwise significantly affect you.

3. Legal bases

We handle personal data on the following bases under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, LGPD) and, for people in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR:

PurposeLGPDGDPR and UK GDPR

Defending rights in legal proceedingsRegular exercise of rights (Art. 7, VI)Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f))

Where the basis is legitimate interest, Vomini's interest is to run and grow its business with companies and to keep the site secure. You can object to that processing at any time. Where the basis is consent, you can withdraw it whenever you like, without affecting what was done before.

Giving us your data is optional. Without a name, an e-mail address and a message, though, we cannot reply to the form.

4. Who we share data with

Vomini does not sell personal data, does not rent it out and does not pass it to third parties for advertising.

Data is accessed by the Vomini team that handles enquiries, sales and management, and by service providers that process it on Vomini's behalf, only for the purposes described here:

ProviderWhat it does
CloudflareHosts and delivers the site, protects it from abuse and relays the form to Vomini's CRM

Vomini's internal tools include artificial intelligence features that help the team organise its work. When one of these features is used on a record, the content needed may be processed by the AI model provider to generate the answer.

We may also share data with our accountant, lawyers and auditors, under a duty of confidentiality, with public authorities, where the law or a valid order requires it, and with a successor to Vomini in the event of a merger, acquisition or corporate reorganisation, which will be bound by this policy.

5. International transfers

Vomini is in Brazil and some of the providers listed above process data in other countries, including the United States. Your data may therefore be transferred outside Brazil.

These transfers follow Article 33 of the LGPD and Resolution CD/ANPD No. 19/2024. Depending on the case, they rely on an adequacy decision, on contractual clauses with the provider or on the need to carry out something you asked for, such as replying to your enquiry.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the data you send us is received directly in Brazil. In January 2026 the European Commission recognised Brazil as providing an adequate level of protection for personal data.

You can ask for more information about a specific transfer at contact@vomini.com.

6. How long we keep data

DataPeriod
Enquiries and conversations that did not lead to a contractUp to 24 months after the last contact
Business contacts from public sourcesUp to 24 months after the last contact, or until a deletion request, whichever comes first
Client and contract dataFor the length of the contract and 5 years after it ends
Data subject requests and our replies5 years
Record of people who asked not to be contacted againFor as long as needed to honour the request
Preferences saved in your browserUntil you delete them

At the end of the period, data is deleted or anonymised. We keep for longer only what the law requires us to keep or what is needed for ongoing legal proceedings.

7. Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The form reaches the CRM through an authenticated server-to-server channel, and the key for that channel is never held in the browser. Access to the CRM is individual, password-protected and granted by role: each team member sees only what they need for their work.

No system is immune to incidents. If a security incident occurs that may cause you significant risk or harm, Vomini will notify the ANPD and the people affected, as the LGPD requires.

8. Your rights

8.1 In Brazil (LGPD)

At any time and at no cost, you can:

  • confirm whether we handle your data and access it;
  • correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
  • ask for unnecessary or excessive data, or data handled in breach of the law, to be anonymised, blocked or deleted;
  • ask for your data to be ported;
  • ask for data handled on the basis of your consent to be deleted;
  • find out who we share your data with;
  • be told that you may refuse consent and what follows if you do;
  • withdraw consent;
  • object to processing carried out without consent, if you believe it breaches the law.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the ANPD, at gov.br/anpd, and with consumer protection bodies.

8.2 In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom (GDPR and UK GDPR)

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent. You can object at any time to the use of your data for direct marketing.

You can complain to the data protection authority of the country where you live or work. In the United Kingdom, that authority is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Vomini has no establishment and no representative in the European Union or the United Kingdom. Its processing of data about people in those territories is occasional, involves no special categories of data and is unlikely to result in a risk to their rights and freedoms (Art. 27(2)(a) GDPR). You can deal with Vomini directly through the channel below.

8.3 In the United States

Vomini does not sell personal information and does not share it for behavioural advertising. US state privacy laws, such as California's CCPA, apply to businesses above certain revenue or data volume thresholds, which Vomini does not reach. Even so, we handle access, correction and deletion requests from anyone, wherever they live, and no one is treated differently for exercising these rights.

Vomini's commercial e-mails identify the sender, carry the company's address and explain how to stop receiving them. Unsubscribe requests are honoured within 10 business days.

8.4 How to exercise your rights

Write to contact@vomini.com and tell us what you are asking for. To protect your data, we may ask you to confirm your identity, usually with a reply sent from the e-mail address or phone number we have on record. We reply within 15 days.

9. Cookies and browser storage

The vomini.com site sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising or analytics cookies.

The site keeps two preferences in your browser's local storage (localStorage). They stay on your device, are not sent to Vomini and do not identify you:

KeyWhat it storesWhen it is written
vomini-themeThe theme you chose, light or darkWhen you switch the theme
vomini-localeYour choice of Simplified or Traditional ChineseWhen you choose one of those two languages or open a link that already carries it

You can delete them in your browser settings.

The site's fonts are served by vomini.com itself, with no calls to third-party font services.

Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie, for example when checking whether a suspicious request comes from a person or from a program.

The videos on the site are hosted on YouTube and first appear as an image with a play button. The player is loaded only when you press play, from the youtube-nocookie.com domain, which is YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. From that moment Google receives your IP address and device data and may store information in your browser, as described in Google's privacy policy.

Links to Calendly, LinkedIn and other sites lead to third-party services, which have their own policies.

10. Children

The site is aimed at companies and professionals. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and Vomini does not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor has sent us data, let us know at contact@vomini.com so it can be deleted.

11. SMS and calls on our United States number

Vomini serves people outside Brazil on +1 775 305 8815, by call and by SMS.

We send SMS only to people who texted that number first or asked us to reply by SMS. The messages are about the matter you raised: answers to questions, arranging meeting times and following up on proposals.

  • Message frequency varies with the conversation.
  • Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier.
  • To stop receiving messages, reply STOP. From then on we send no more messages to that number unless you text us again.
  • For help, reply HELP or write to contact@vomini.com.
  • Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of buying any product or service.

Mobile numbers, SMS consent and other opt-in data are not sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This data is handled only by Vomini and by the providers that operate the messaging service, such as the carrier of our line and the mobile carriers that deliver the messages.

The full terms of the SMS programme are in the Terms of Use.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the site or the law changes. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its effective date at the top. Significant changes will be announced on the site itself.

13. Language

This policy is published in Portuguese, English and Spanish. If the versions differ, the Portuguese text prevails.
