How is the Essential plan charged?
There is no monthly fee: you pay 4% of the revenue recovered that month, never more than R$ 399 in Brazil or AR$ 38,990 in Argentina. Once a store recovers more than R$ 6,225 a month (AR$ 599,750 in Argentina), Growth costs less.
Do I need WhatsApp Business?
Yes. Messages go out from the store's own WhatsApp Business. WhatsApp fees are charged by Meta, directly on the store's account, and are not part of the plans.
What happens when a customer replies?
The conversation lands in the inbox and someone on your team takes over. Any reply cancels the pending automations, so the customer never gets an automated message in the middle of a conversation.
